Find Out How our European Solar PV Data Hub Can Help You

Finding accurate information on the European solar PV market can be quite challenging for non-specialized consultants due to its decentralized nature. Moreover, this platform offers reliable information that is coherent and consistent (see AC/DC issue addressed in the "Methodology" section in the Data Hub). However, what could be more convenient than accessing the latest market information with just two clicks on the "Country Status" button and selecting the specific country interest. This way, consultants can easily obtain up-to-date market data, including annual and quarterly reports, segmented data, and much more. In addition, forecasted market data are also exhibited in the "Country Forecast" section. Three scenarios (low, maximum probability, and high) have been elaborated for each analysed country, in collaboration with all partners, including several contributors or data providers from the PV industry. The high and low scenarios represent the range within which the country's PV market is expected to develop in the foreseeable future.

Project Developer

As a project developer based in France, I use the Data Hub to gain insights into the current state of the solar value chain. By accessing the "Component Prices" section. I can directly view graphical data showcasing the changes in component prices from 2020 to 2023. This information extends to downstream aspects of the value chain, including modules, inverters, and mounting systems. Examining the trends in utility scale systems within Europe allows me to understand the present trajectory of prices and anticipate future developments, compemented by expert commentary in the field. Furthermore, by clicking on the "country status" option and by selecting the specific country of interest, project developers can access current solar market data effortlessly. This valuable information includes annual and quarterly reports, segmented data, and various other details.
