By purchasing a report from Becquerel Institute, you agree to the following terms:

Product Delivery: Reports are digital products delivered in downloadable format (e.g., PDF). You will receive access to your report via email once we confirm payment.
Payment: Full payment is required before the report is delivered. Prices are listed exclusive of VAT.
Intellectual Property: All reports are the intellectual property of Becquerel Institute. They are licensed for your personal or internal business use only and cannot be shared, copied, or distributed without our consent.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable except in cases of defective delivery (e.g., file corruption or non-receipt). Contact us within 14 days for support.
Liability: Reports are provided "as is" and are intended for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the report.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brussels.

By taking out a monthly subscription with Becquerel Institute, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription begins on the date of payment and lasts for one month. Your access will be validated within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive an email once we confirm payment.
Payment: Full payment must be made before access is granted. Prices are listed exclusive of VAT.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable except in cases of defective access (e.g. connection not possible). Contact us within 14 days for support.
Renewal: Your subscription will be automatically renewed. You may cancel it at any time by writing to ai@becquerelinstitute.eu.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brussels.
